Custom Information Request

Information Requests of Natural Heritage Program Data in a project area and its one-mile buffer are available for purchase in three ways:

  • $65 an hour to have NHP Staff complete the information request (5 to 10 business days)
  • $100 for a self-service information request (15 minutes)
  • $600 annual subscription for unlimited self-service information requests

Federal, state and local government agencies are exempt from fees, as well as nonprofit agencies who use the project review tool and/or Natural Heritage Element Occurrence data to establish nature preserves.  All other individuals and organizations will be required to pay fees.

To make an information request, create an account and log in (or log in to your existing account).  The request form is available from the Request tab.  Select Information Request from the dropdown menu and complete the form.  Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to evaluate and complete your request.
